Candidate Details
First Name:
Brent
Last Name:
Lawson
Biography:
When my son mentioned to his fiancée that I was considering a run for Congress, her response was, “Normal people can’t run for Congress”.  To some extent, this campaign is about proving otherwise.  Not only can normal people run for Congress, but we need more normal people running for Federal, State, and local offices throughout our nation.  The fact that politics and politicians have become alien to our everyday lives is one of the chief contributors to the dysfunctions of our government today.

Candidate Details
First Name:
Lou
Last Name:
Gigliotti
Biography:
I moved to Texas just over 30 years ago. I had to come to Dallas on business once a month and I fell in love with Texas. And as they say, if I knew how good TEXAS was, I would have come sooner!
I borrowed $1200 from Beneficial Finance to get here. We came in a U-haul truck with my 2 month old son in a car seat, my wife and my dog on the floor.
In the old days, when a person saw success, they would say,”Only in America!” Now they say,”ONLY IN TEXAS!” could this happen. Texas is the greatest state in the union.
