Biography: 
Frank C. Kuchar, a long-time resident of Arlington, was born in Paris, Arkansas on Dec. 15, 1952. His family moved to the St. Louis, MO area after he completed first grade where he grew up, graduating high school in 1970. He attended Florida College from 1970-1974, receiving his A.A. degree in 1972 and his C.A. degree in Biblical Studies in 1974. Following graduation he married his college sweetheart, Joyce, and together they have two children and four grandchildren.
 
He attended Covenant Theological Seminary from 1974-1976 while preaching for the Edwardsville, IL church of Christ. In 1978 the family moved to Lumberton, TX where for the next three years he preached for the Hwy 69 church of Christ. In 1981 he left the ministry and entered the business world.
 
For eight years he was partners in a telecommunication and computer cabling business in the DFW area. In the years following he has been the payroll accountant for an engineering firm, the general accountant for an architectural firm, the controller for the Texas-Louisiana Professional Baseball League, the payroll/benefits supervisor for a Dallas-based national top-100 law firm and is currently the payroll/HR manager for a mechanical contractor firm. He has also been an instructor for payroll classes offered at the Division for Enterprise Development of the University of Texas at Arlington. During his professional career he has earned seven professional certifications in the fields of payroll, benefits, compensation and human resources.
 
Politically, he has written numerous articles over the years on constitutional matters in a weekly e-newsletter, and hosts a weekly 30-minute internet radio program titled Understanding Our Founders' Constitution on WBTM radio. In addition he has authored and taught a 13-week course on the US Constitution. He is often asked to speak to conservative groups on current issues in our government and relating them back to Constitutional principles.
